Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the rental of Gîte Lou Bari Bas, located at 59 Impasse Du Lavoir, 46110 CONDAT, France.

Any booking made through the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Terms

The booking is confirmed only after full payment of the stay.

Payment is made online securely via Stripe. A confirmation is sent by email immediately after payment.

3. Rates

Displayed prices are in euros (€) and include all taxes.

Prices may vary depending on the period and length of stay. The total price is shown before booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation

In case of cancellation by the client, the following conditions apply:

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund
• Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund

5. Liability

The owner cannot be held responsible for theft or damage committed in the cottage. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
